Pumpkin Pizza Ingredients

    • 10oz/300g pumpkin, cut into chunks

    • 2 Tbsp olive oil

    • 2 Tbsp nduja*

    • 3oz/90g ricotta

    • Fior di latte mozzarella

    • Handful of rocket

    • Pinch of salt & pepper

*If you don't have access to Nduja, other spicy sausage will do

Pumpkin Pizza Directions

Step 1

Toss the pumpkin with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Cover the pan and cook the pumpkin for 30 minutes, or until soft.

Step 3

Use a blender to puree the pumpkin until smooth.

Step 4

Stretch out a dough ball into a pizza dough.

Step 5

Spread the pumpkin puree over the dough. Put little pieces of 'nduja around the pizza. Then add your mozzarella.

Step 7

Bake the pizza at 450 degrees for 70 seconds, or until the crust is golden brown and remove from the Revolve.

Step 8

Top the pizza with ricotta and rocket

Sprinkle the rocket with some olive oil. Place the rocket on the pizza and add small dollops of horse radish on the pizza
