Pizza Recipes - Anchovy, Lemon & Capers

A bright, powerful flavour combination that works as a palate cleanser at a pizza party. Don't be scared of the anchovy, this pizza pairs the umami bomb with some basic ingredients that elevate this pizza to another level.
The Anchovy pizza recipe
What do you need?
San Marzano tomatoes for the base
Thinly sliced garlic
Parmesan cheese
Lemon
Capers
Olive oil
Chili flakes (optional)
Method:
Spread crushed San Marzano tomatoes and some olive oil on the dough
Sprinkle the garlic slices and parmesan cheese on the tomato sauce
Add capers and zest some lemon on top of the pizza, along with some chili flakes
Add thin slices of anchovy on top of the pizza
Add a bit of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice
Bake the pizza at 450°C for 70 seconds in the Revolve Pizza Oven or until the pizza is thoroughly cooked
